You will be responsible for:
Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, and chat
Making outbound/proactive calls to our customers and partners
Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
Gathering customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams
You might be a fit if you have:
Passion for helping and communicating with people
Good problem-solving and conflict management skills
Strong writing and verbal skills in English. You should be able to write quickly and accurately
